The sound is too low or the bass cannot be heard

If there is ambient noise or another speaker nearby, the Ambient Noise Sensing function may activate and cause the sound/bass to be too low. You can deactivate the Ambient Noise Sensing function using the Sony | Music Center app or speaker button. For details, refer to the Help Guide. 

Hint: When the Ambient Noise Sensing function is activated, the speaker detects noise around the speaker during music playback. This function will help reduce power consumption and preserve the battery by cutting out bass sounds that would become hard to hear because of the ambient noise.
