The maximum volume of my portable speaker is low

IMPORTANT: If model-specific information is needed to complete these steps, refer to the manual supplied with the product.

The sound may be low, even at the highest setting, due to the following reasons:

1. The remaining battery level of the portable speaker is low. Charging the battery should resolve this. 
   The charge indicator LED will flash orange if the battery level is too low.
    
2. When you use the speaker at a loud volume for a long time, the built-in battery may run low, even if the speaker is connected to an AC outlet.
   This results in a reduced volume level. Turn off the speaker and charge the built-in battery sufficiently to avoid this. 
    
3. If a device is connected to the AUDIO IN terminal of the speaker, turn up the volume of the connected device.
