• Don't forget to configure the headphone's button functions to Amazon Alexa.To use Amazon Alexa, you must change the headphone's button functions to Amazon Alexa with the “Headphones Connect” app.
• Have you tried initialising Amazon Alexa?
• Are you operating the headphone buttons correctly:
  • How to input audio:
    • Press the button briefly before inputting audio.
  • Cancelling audio input:
    • Press the button briefly again to cancel audio input.
      The function will be cancelled automatically if no audio is input.
