Amazon Alexa app doesn't work and says Either your mobile device isn't connected, or you need to open the Alexa App and try again

    1. Make sure to follow the steps to set up Amazon Alexa™ for wireless headphones.
    2. If the issue still occurs, follow these steps:
      1. Delete the device information registered to the Amazon Alexa app.
      2. Delete the headphone information registered in your smartphone's Bluetooth® settings.
      3. Pair again with your headphones and smartphone.
      4. Initialise the Amazon Alexa app.
