If you can't change the channel of your Android TV with a number or name using your Amazon Echo, Echo Dot, or other compatible speakers, please check the following:
- Check that the specified broadcasting station is scanned and can be selected with the TV remote control.
- Check if the Amazon Alexa compatible speaker such as Amazon Echo recognizes your voice correctly.
NOTE: You can use the Amazon Alexa app on a mobile device to check how Amazon Alexa compatible speakers recognise your voice commands.
