If the Google Cast function does not work after doing the troubleshooting above, check these settings to make sure the Google Cast app is not disabled in the TV.
- Press the HOME button on the remote.
- Select Settings.
- Select Apps in the TV category.
- Under the Apps, select System app.
- Under the System app, select Google Cast Receiver.
- Set it to Enable.
Note: Alternatively, you might also try to clear the cache in the app. Agents have reported this might solve the issue as well.
