What OS versions are supported and what are the recommended browsers for using Photo Sharing Plus on mobile devices?

    Supported OS versions (As of March 2015):

    • Android 2.3 or later
    • iOS6 or later

    NOTE:

    • For iOS10: Please update the TV to the latest software version for using Photo Sharing Plus. For how to update, refer to:  How to perform a software update  
    • Operation on Windows phones is not guaranteed.

    Recommended browsers:

    • iOS: Safari, Chrome
    • Android: Chrome, Firefox, the standard browser

    NOTE: When using an old browser, it may not function properly. We recommend using the latest version of a browser.
