The buttons on the car audio unit do not work or respond, or the car audio unit randomly operates even though no command is given
This may be caused by a wrong connection of the microphone to the car audio unit. Make sure the microphone is properly connected to the MIC IN terminal, not the REMOTE IN terminal, on the back of the car audio unit. Also, disconnect any device connected to the REMOTE IN terminal.
