The headphones do not charge (INZONE H9 II)
Check the charging conditions:
- Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C® cable.
- Check that the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the headphones and the USB AC adaptor, computer or PlayStation®5, or the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet.
- It is recommended to charge in a place with an ambient temperature between 15 °C and 35 °C (59 °F - 95 °F). Efficient charging may not be possible beyond this range.
Check the following depending on the connected device:
- If your headphones are connected to the computer, turn the computer on or wake it up if it is in Standby (Sleep) or Hibernation mode.
- If your headphones are connected to the PS5™ and the PS5 goes into rest mode, exit this mode or change the PS5 settings so that the USB ports on the PS5 can be used for charging even when in rest mode.
- Update the computer's OS or the system software of the PS5 to the latest version.
- Restart the computer or PS5, and check whether the situation has improved.
If the issue is still not resolved:
- Reset the headphones.
- Initialize the headphones.
Note: Initialization returns the headphones to the factory settings and all Bluetooth pairing information is deleted. Perform the Bluetooth pairing again. -
