The INZONE headphones do not operate properly (INZONE H9 II)
If your INZONE H9 II headphones are not operating properly, you can often resolve the issue by resetting or initializing the headphones. Follow the steps below to restore normal operation.
Step 1: Reset the Headphones (INZONE H9 II)
Resetting the headphones can resolve minor issues without deleting Bluetooth pairing information.
How to reset
- Connect the headset to an AC outlet.
- Use the supplied USB Type-C cable and a commercially available USB AC adaptor.
- Confirm that the charging indicator lights up in orange.
- Press and hold the Power button and the Bluetooth button simultaneously for about 5 seconds.
- When the charging indicator turns off, the reset is complete.
- Release both buttons. The charging indicator will light up again.
Note: Resetting the headphones does not delete Bluetooth pairing information.
Step 2: Initialize the Headphones (Factory Reset) (INZONE H9 II)
If resetting does not resolve the issue, initialize the headphones to restore factory settings.
How to initialize
- Turn off the headset.
- Disconnect the USB Type-C cable.
- Press and hold the Power button and the Bluetooth button simultaneously for 10 seconds or longer.
- When initialization is complete, the power indicator flashes white four times.
Note: Initialization restores the headphones to factory settings and deletes all Bluetooth pairing information. After initialization, perform Bluetooth pairing again.
