The settings (Equalizer, Spatial Sound etc.) on the INZONE Hub software do not work

- To use the INZONE Hub software settings, make sure the Output of the computer is set to INZONE Buds-Game, INZONE H9 II / INZONE H9 / INZONE H7 / INZONE H5 - Game, or INZONE E9 / INZONE H3. Follow these steps to set the Output on the computer:
- The App Sync Settings only work when the headphones are connected to a computer using the USB transceiver or USB Type-C® audio box and the INZONE Hub software is running.
- The following function set using the INZONE Hub software will not work when the headphones are connected to PlayStation®5 or connected to any device via Bluetooth:
- Sound Settings
- Sound Profile
- Equalizer
- Spatial Sound
- Spatial Sound Personalization
- Dynamic Range Control
- Microphone Settings
- Microphone Volume
- Auto Gain Control
- Microphone Test

For INZONE H9 II only: The headphones have two types of equalizers: one that is enabled via INZONE Hub software, and one that is maintained on the headphones via the Sony | Sound Connect app. The equalizer is enabled according to the connection method as shown below.

- The equalizer settings registered in the Sony | Sound Connect app are stored in the main unit and remain valid even when Bluetooth connection is not established.

*2 The equalizer does not work on call audio using the standard calling app installed in the initial version of the smartphone.Note: The main unit equalizer cannot be used when the USB transceiver is connected to a device other than a computer with the switch set to PC. When connecting to a device other than a computer, be sure to change the switch on the USB transceiver to OTHER.
