What does the status indicator on the WF-C710N charging case mean?

Select the indicator shown on the charging case to check the status of the earbuds:

• The indicator lights up or flashes green
• The indicator lights up or flashes orange
• The indicator flashes blue
• The indicator turns off

• The indicator lights up or flashes green

  The indicator lights up green for about 6 seconds when the charging case lid is opened or closed, or when the USB Type-C® cable is removed after charging is complete
  

  This status indicates one of the following:

  • When the earbuds are stored in the charging case and the remaining battery charge of the earbuds is 91% or more
  • When the earbuds are not stored in the charging case and the remaining battery charge of the case is 21% or more

  The indicator lights up green for about 3 seconds when the earbuds are either stored or not stored in the charging case
  

  This status indicates one of the following:

  • When the earbuds are stored in the charging case and the remaining battery charge of the earbuds is 91% or more
  • When the earbuds are not stored in the charging case and the remaining battery charge of the case is 21% or more

  The indicator flashes green 4 times, repeating about every 0.3 seconds
  

  This status indicates when the initialization process is complete

• The indicator lights up or flashes orange

  The indicator lights up orange for about 6 seconds when the charging case lid is opened or closed, or when the USB Type-C cable is removed after charging is complete
  

  This status indicates one of the following:

  • When the earbuds are stored in the charging case and the remaining battery charge of the earbuds is between 1% and 90%
  • When the earbuds are not stored in the charging case and the remaining battery charge of the case is between 6% and 20%

  The indicator lights up orange for about 3 seconds when the earbuds are either stored or not stored in the charging case
  

  This status indicates one of the following:

  • When the earbuds are stored in the charging case and the remaining battery charge of the earbuds is between 1% and 90%
  • When the earbuds are not stored in the charging case and the remaining battery charge of the case is between 6% and 20%

  The indicator lights up orange
  

  This status indicates one of the following:

  • When the earbuds are charging
  • When the case is charging

  The indicator lights up orange for about 1 minute, and then turns off
  

  This status indicates when the battery is already fully charged when charging starts

  The indicator lights up orange while charging. The indicator turns off for about 0.5 seconds, and then lights up orange again.
  

  This status indicates one of the following:

  • When the charging case lid is opened or closed during charging
  • When the earbuds are stored in or removed from the case during charging

  The indicator repeatedly flashes orange 2 times, repeating about every 1 second
  

  This status indicates when the charging temperature is abnormal

  The indicator repeatedly flashes orange slowly, repeating about every 0.5 seconds
  

  This status indicates when an error occurs while charging and the earbuds cannot charge

  The indicator repeatedly flashes orange 3 times, repeating about every 1.3 seconds
  

  This status indicates when the left (L) and right (R) sides of the earbuds are paired incorrectly

  The indicator repeatedly flashes orange for up to about 5 seconds, repeating about every 0.7 seconds
  

  This status indicates one of the following:

  • When the earbuds are ready to begin the reset process
  • When the earbuds are ready to begin the initialization process

• The indicator flashes blue

  The indicator repeatedly flashes blue 2 times
  

  This status indicates when the earbuds are in pairing mode

  The indicator flashes blue 10 times
  

  This status indicates when the connection is established while one or both earbuds are stored in the charging case

• The indicator turns off

  The indicator turns off when the charging case lid is opened or closed, when the USB Type-C cable is removed after charging is complete, or when the earbuds are stored in or removed from the charging case

  This status indicates one of the following:

  • When the earbuds are stored in the charging case and the remaining battery charge of the earbuds is less than 1%
  • When the earbuds are not stored in the charging case and the remaining battery charge of the case is less than 5%
