Termination announcement for three mobile applications: Network Audio Remote, NS Setup and ES Remote (22 September 2022)

    Thank you for your continued interest in Sony products.

    We regret to inform you that the following mobile applications: Network Audio Remote, NS Setup and ES Remote, will be removed from the Google Play Store and App Store on 1st November 2022 due to app maintenance policy updates. 

    We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.

    Target application and product that advertised the mobile app

    • Network Audio Remote: CMT-SBT300W / CMT-SBT300WB, CMT-BT80W / CMT-BT80WB, SA-NS310 / SA-NS410 / SA-NS500 / SA-NS510
    • NS Setup: CMT-SBT300W / CMT-SBT300WB, CMT-BT80W / CMT-BT80WB, SA-NS310 / SA-NS410 / SA-NS500 / SA-NS510
    • ES Remote: TA-DA5700ES / STR-DA5700ES, TA-DA5800ES / STR-DA5800ES, STR-DN2030

    Application distribution and service end date

    The Network Audio Remote, NS Setup and ES Remote mobile applications will be terminated on 1st November 2022.
