A video chat app does not recognize a USB camera connected to the Google TV

    Occasionally, a video chat app can fail to recognize a USB camera connected to a TV. Please try the following tips and see if it solves the issue.

    Restart the TV

    Try restarting your TV and see if it solves the issue. A TV restart is one of the easiest ways to solve most errors. 

    Force stop the app

    Follow these steps to Force Stop the problematic app:

    1. On the remote control, press the Quick settings button.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select Apps.
    4. Select See all apps.
    5. Select the app.
    6. Select Force stop and OK.
