Unexpected volume changes when connecting to an iPhone

    Headphones volume may shift to the Ringer and Alerts volume level when:

    •  the lock sound on the iPhone is played.
    • a typing sound occurs using the iPhone keyboard.

    You can solve this by disabling the Lock Sound and Keyboard clicks functions:

    1. On the Home Screen, select Settings.
    2. Select Sounds & Haptics.
    3. Change the Lock Sound function and Keyboard Clicks function to OFF.
