Why is the mic volume very low when video recording?

This issue has been fixed in the new software update (version 59.0.A.6.24 or higher).
Please try to update the software, if you receive the notification with the software version mentioned above.
Note: Software updates are released at different times depending on the operator, market, region or country. Therefore, we cannot give you an exact date for when a specific update will be available for your device.
Temporary Solution before software updating
If you experience that the recorded sound in video recording is very low when Google Voice Match is active, try to turn off the Voice Match when you record the video.
Turn off Google Voice Match
- Find and tap Settings → Google → Account services → Search, Assistant and Voice → Voice → Voice Match
- Tap Ok Google to turn it off
