Google Assistant unintentionally starts when I switch the Noise Canceling and Ambient Sound modes

If your headphones and Bluetooth device reconnect, the Google Assistant notification may pop up. If you tap the notification, the assignment of the headphone button or touch sensor function switches to the Google Assistant. If this happens, you can reassign the function to Ambient Sound Control using the Sony | Headphones Connect app.

Good to know

If the same notification reappears, don't tap the notification. Swipe the notification to turn it off.
