The battery life is short even when the headset's fully charged (WF-1000XM3)

You can change your headset's settings or modify the way you use your headset to increase the available operating time and save battery life. Follow the steps below.

    • Always store the headset in the charging case after use.
If stored in a place outside of the charging case (e.g. in your pocket), your headset will be mistakenly recognised as being equipped and will not transfer to power saving mode.

    • Turn off sound settings such as DSEE HX Auto and Equalizer in Sony's Headphones Connect app.
If the quality sound settings are activated in the Headphones Connect app, the available battery time becomes shorter.
      • NOTE: After updating the headset's software to version 3.0.0, you can use the Equalizer and DSEE HX simultaneously. Be aware that activating both features increases battery consumption and shortens continuous playback time.
