The voice recognition doesn't work with the App Remote on my car stereo

This occurs if the App Remote for Android is blocked from accessing the mic (recording audio). Follow these steps to resolve the issue.

1. On your smartphone, open the App Remote.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Voice Recognition.
4. Switch between Receiver Microphone and Phone Microphone several times, and select Allow when permission to record audio is required.
