Why can’t I use the Wi-Fi option on Sony's Android TV?

    You may be experiencing the following error message when trying to connect to your router via Wi-Fi: "The system has encountered an error, please contact Sony."

    1. If you cannot connect using this option, please try resetting your TV by holding the Power button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
      • Alternatively, unplug the AC power cord for 30 seconds, then plug it back in the electrical socket.
    2. If this didn't solve the issue, perform a factory reset.
