Why can’t I use the Wi-Fi option on Sony's Android TV?

You may be experiencing the following error message when trying to connect to your router via Wi-Fi: "The system has encountered an error, please contact Sony."
- If you cannot connect using this option, please try resetting your TV by holding the Power button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
- Alternatively, unplug the AC power cord for 30 seconds, then plug it back in the electrical socket.
- If this didn't solve the issue, perform a factory reset.
