The sound from the centre speaker of Sony's Android TV Is not balanced

    Your TV uses an upmix process to create 3 channel audio output from a 2 channel audio input. Depending on the input, the sound may fluctuate or drop out.

    If this occurs, follow these steps to disable the centre speaker:

    • Set Sound Mode to Music.
      1. On the remote control, press the HOME button.
      2. Select the Settings Settings Iconicon.
      3. Under the TV category, select Sound.
      4. Select Sound Mode.
      5. Select Music and press the Enter button.
         
    • Set Surround Effect to 0.
      1. Press the HOME button.
      2. Select the Settings Settings Iconicon.
      3. Under the TV category, select Sound.
      4. Select Advanced Settings.
      5. Select Surround Mode Related Settings.
      6. Select Surround Effect.
      7. Set to 0.
