When you select YouTube from the Action Menu button, the screen turns black (or gray).
Internet connection may become temporarily unstable. In this case, press the TV button on the supplied remote control to return to TV mode. Then, select the YouTube app from the DISCOVER menu of the TV.
You can also access the YouTube app through these steps:
- Press the HOME on the supplied remote control.
- Scroll down to Apps.
- Under the Apps category, select the YouTube app.
NOTE: If this didn't resolve the issue, check your internet connection.
