An error: "Feature not available. Please try again later" is displayed, and my USB HDD cannot be registered
The USB HDD is formatted in a way that the TV cannot recognise. Use a computer to perform the following operations, and change the HDD to a format that your TV can recognise.
IMPORTANT: Be careful not to initialise the HDD of your computer by mistake.- Remove all partitions.
- Create one partition.
- Format the partition to NTFS.
