The Twin Picture mode does not work
IMPORTANT: This FAQ is only applicable for customers in Ireland.
The Twin Picture mode, which enables you to view two pictures at a time, can only display digital 2K and analogue signal types. Other signal types, such as 4K and 3D, are not supported. The Twin Picture mode will immediately close once selected when an unsupported signal type is being played.
