The previous/next button on my car stereo replays the same track or plays a different track (when a USB device is connected to the USB1 or USB2 ports)

This problem occurs when you connect a USB device that contains unsupported files to the USB1 or USB2 port of the car stereo.

The car stereo skips or won't play unrecognised files and will play the next supported file instead. The number of tracks that the car stereo will play won't be equal to the number of files that you saved in your USB device if a track has been skipped. For this reason, when you press the prev/next button, the same or a recently played song may play. Make sure to delete unsupported and unplayable files from your USB device.
