I cannot complete a firmware update on this product.

If you cannot perform or finalise the update through the network, try the following:

When performing a network update, turn the product off or disconnect the power cord (mains lead). Then, connect it again and try performing the update through USB.

You can find the USB update files and procedures on the support website by typing in your product model number in the search box (on the support website's homepage), and then selecting the Firmware Update under Software and Downloads.
