Why can't my child or I synchronise data since updating the Smart Tennis Sensor app?

    Depending upon the registered country or area of use, a minimum age has been defined in order to use the app, due to legal requirements. Under-aged users are thus not be able to use server synchronisation features. You can find the minimum age for your country/area in the Terms of use, in the app's menu.

    As such, shot data, profile data, selected rackets and "Day title's photos" won't be synchronised to the server until the user reaches the app's required, minimum age. Also note that the data cannot be checked on other devices or PCs.

    NOTE: Data that has already been uploaded to the server will become available again when the user's age reaches the legally imposed minimum age.
