What Android Operating System (OS) version does Sony's Android TV use?

    The operating system (OS) version differs depending on your TV’s model or the update status of its software.

    Check the version by the following steps:

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
    2. Select  Settings.
    3. The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
      • Select Device Preferences — About — Version. (Android 9)
      • Select About — Version. (Android 8.0 or earlier)
