Thumbnail pictures do not display from a USB-connected digital camera.

Thumbnail pictures may not display if the digital camera is set to either Picture Transfer Protocol (PTP) or Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) for transferring video and still images to a computer. Some models of Blu-ray Disc (BD) player, Network Media player, A/V receiver and Home Theater (HT) system (see the Products section below) do not support either of these protocols.

We recommend that you set the USB Connection setting of your camera to Auto or Mass Storage/MSC Setting, if applicable. You can also connect a USB card reader that supports the memory card of your camera.
