WF-C710N: The charging case indicator repeatedly flashes orange 3 times and I cannot use the earbuds

If the charging case flashes orange 3 times, repeating about every 1.3 seconds, this status indicates that the left (L) and right (R) sides of the earbuds are paired incorrectly. If this happens, you may have trouble connecting via Bluetooth or hearing any sound.

You can troubleshoot this issue by initializing the earbuds to restore the factory settings. Refer to the Help Guide or Sony | Sound Connect app for instructions.

Note: After pressing the initialize button for about 15 seconds or more, release your finger within 5 seconds after the charging case's indicator starts flashing orange. The initialization is complete when the indicator flashes green 4 times. Do not touch the initialize button until the process is complete.
