The LED on the WF-C710N charging case continuously blinks orange

The LED on the WF-C710N charging case should turn off when you disconnect the AC adapter/USB Type-C® cable from the outlet during charging.

If either of the following occurs instead, perform the troubleshooting steps provided in the next section:

• The charging case LED keeps flashing orange every 0.5 seconds
• The earbuds connect to the smartphone via Bluetooth while in the charging case

Perform these steps

First, charge the headphones again using the supplied USB Type-C® cable.

If either of the following occurs instead, perform the troubleshooting steps provided below:

• The indicator lights up orange, and charging starts. 
  To finish charging:
  1. Disconnect the USB Type-C cable from the charging case.
  2. Disconnect the cable from the USB AC adaptor or computer.
      
• The indicator continues to flash orange.
  1. Perform a reset and then check if the issue is resolved.
  2. Initialise the earbuds to restore factory settings.
  3. If the issue persists after a reset and initialisation, a repair may be necessary.
