Accessibility for Xperia Smartphones (Android 16)
The table below shows the accessibility features available on Xperia smartphones.
To access these features on your phone:
Find and tap [Settings] → [Accessibility].
Notes:
- These features are available on Xperia smartphones with Android 16 or later installed.
- To learn which Android version your device has, find and tap [Settings] → [About phone] → [Android version].
- Depending on the product and/or Android OS version, some features may be excluded. Others may require you to install an app from the Google Play Store.

Hearing-aid compatibility (HAC) |
The device supports magnetic coupling for a hearing aid device. If you are using a hearing aid with a T-coil, turn on "Hearing-aid compatibility" in the Hearing devices menu. You can also find it in the [Phone] app under [Settings] → [Accessibility]. |

Teletypewriter (TTY) |
You can use this Text Telephone (TTY) mode if you connect a teletypewriter with 3.5mm audio connectivity. |
