How to create a Microsoft account in order to purchase an application

1. Select “Store” within the Modern UI
   
2. Launch the Charms by placing the cursor on the top right hand or bottom right hand corner
3. Select “Settings”
4. Select “Your Account”
5. Select “Sign in”
6. Select “Sign up for a Microsoft account”
7. Fill out the require information to create the account
8. Select “Accept”
9. Navigate to your email inbox to verify your account
10. Navigate back to Metro / modern UI by pressing the Windows Key
11. Select Store
12. Select “Sign in”
13. Input your email address and password
    You are now sign in with your new Microsoft Account
14. Select “Add payment method”
15. Enter the required payment information and then select “Submit”
16. Payment and billing information is now completed.  User can now purchase application on the Windows Store.
