The PlayMemories Online™ service will end on February 29, 2024.

All photos and videos remaining in the PlayMemories Online service on February 29, 2024, will be deleted. So, it's essential to download your pictures and videos before February 29, 2024.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What's the timeline?

• February 28, 2023 - Close sign-up for new accounts
• September 30, 2023 - Close the image upload function
• February 29, 2024 - The PlayMemories Online service ends

How to download my photos and videos from Playmemories Online

You can download a tool on the PlayMemories Online support page to download your pictures and videos. Please download your pictures and videos before February 29, 2024.

You can use your photos and videos in the Creators' Cloud service, released in February 2023. For more information, visit the Creators' Cloud page.

Note that there are differences in services and functions available in different countries and regions.
