Spotify Connect stopped working with my AV receiver or Blu-Ray Player

    A recent Spotify update might have caused this issue. If your Sony device can't use Spotify Connect, please confirm the following items: 

    • Make sure you are using a Premium Spotify account
    • Ensure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network
    • Ensure both devices are updated with the latest software

    If you can't establish a connection with Spotify Connect, you can first try and perform a factory reset. You can find the reset procedure explained in your product manual or help guide. If that does not resolve the situation, please get in touch with Spotify support.
