Disc stuck in my Blu-Ray player/DVD player
If you have a disc stuck in your Blu-Ray player or DVD player, please try the following:
- Turn off your device and disconnect the power plug for at least 10 seconds
- Plug it back in and power ON your device
- Press the eject button shortly after turning on the device.
Try to press the eject button several times if the device doesn’t immediately respond.
- If this procedure does not work, don’t attempt to dislodge the disc yourself.
Find a nearby Sony Authorised Service Center to have it safely removed without damaging both the disc and your Sony product.
