The settings on the INZONE Hub software don't work (e.g., Equaliser, Spatial Sound)

    • To use the INZONE Hub software settings, make sure the Output of the computer is set to INZONE H9 / INZONE H7 - Game or INZONE H3. Follow these steps to set the Output on the computer:

      For INZONE H9, INZONE H7

    • The App Sync Settings only works when the headphones are connected to a computer using the USB transceiver and the INZONE Hub software is running.
    • The following will not work when the headphones are connected to the PlayStation 5 console or connected to any device via Bluetooth:
      • Sound Settings
        • Sound Profile
        • Equalizer
        • Spatial Sound
        • Spatial Sound Personalization
        • Dynamic Range Control
      • Microphone Settings
        • Microphone Volume
        • Auto Gain Control
        • Microphone Test
