The TV screen has a reddish tint after turning on the Ambient Light Sensor

    f your TV screen has a reddish tint, follow the steps below to change the Color Temperature from Neutral to Cool:

    1. On the remote control, press the Quick Settings (spanner or gear) button.
    2. The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
      • Select Picture settings → Picture → Color → Color temperature → Cool.
      • Select Picture settings → Color → Color temperature → Cool.

    If the issue has not been resolved, follow the steps below to turn off the Ambient light sensor:

    1. On the remote control, press the Quick Settings (spanner or gear) button.
    2. The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
      • Select Picture settings → Picture → Ambient Optimisation Pro → Ambient light sensor, then set it to Off.
      • Select Picture settings → Ambient light sensor, then set it to Off.
