How to take picture of Serial Number on the System Information screen

What we require is a picture of the full TV with the System Information screen, clearly showing the Model, Serial Number and Device ID:

How to get to the System Information screen, depending on your remote control:

A. Remote control with a HELP button

1. Press the ‘HELP’ button on the remote control

2. On the TV screen, navigate down to ‘Status & Diagnostics’ in the left menu item and press OK

3. Navigate down on the right side of the screen to ‘System information’ and press OK

4. The System information screen appears. This is where you can find the Serial Number, Device ID, and Model name. This is the TV screen you need to take a photo of.

B. Remote control without a HELP button

If you don't see a HELP button on your remote control, please follow the steps below to get there:

1. Press the ‘Settings’ button on the remote (the gear icon)

2. In the quick settings menu which appeared, navigate left to ‘Settings’ and press OK

3. Navigate down to ‘Help and feedback’ and press OK

4. Select ‘Help’ and press OK

5. On the TV screen, navigate down to ‘Status & Diagnostics’ in the left menu item and press OK

6. Navigate down on the right side of the screen to ‘System information’ and press OK

7. The System information screen appears. This is where you can find the Serial Number, Device ID, and Model name. This is the TV screen you need to take a photo of.

A good System Information screen picture that will be accepted:

- The full TV screen needs to be visible, plus a bit of the background
- The TV has to show the System Information screen with the Serial Number, Device ID, and Model number

Photos that will not be accepted:

- Picture of the back of the TV will not be accepted:

- Photo of the Status screen will not be accepted:

- Photo of the About and Status screens will not be accepted:

- Image of the box of the TV will not be accepted:

What format must be used for uploading documents?

Please use only files in a PDF, PNG, JPEG or JPG format and a file name that does not contain any special characters apart from a dot before the file extension.

Are there any size restrictions for uploading documents?

The file size can be a maximum of 5MB for a single file. You can upload up to 10MB in total.
