Subtitles stored on a USB device are not displayed in the Media Player subtitle list

If subtitles stored on a USB device connected to the TV are not displayed in Media Player, check the following:
- Make sure the subtitle files are in the same folder as the content files.
- If the subtitles' suffix (*.ssa/ *.ass/ *.srt ) has uppercase characters, change them to lowercase.
