If the screen does not work properly:

    • Try the following and see if the problem is resolved:
      • Update your phone software.
      • Restart your phone.
      • Force your phone to restart.
         
    • The screen may darken in the following situations:
      • [Screen timeout] is set to a short interval.
      • [Brightness level] is set to a dark value.
      • The [Adaptive brightness] setting is turned on. When [Adaptive brightness] is turned on, the screen brightness is optimized automatically according to the surrounding light.
      • Something is covering the proximity/light sensor.
      • Your device became overheated during use. The screen may darken when your device is at a high temperature. This is not a malfunction but a safeguard.
