Sony products and packaging are meticulously checked and continuously improved to ensure you receive your product in a pristine condition. Our packaging methods are designed to keep your product and its accessories safe and intact. 

If it seems your accessories are missing in the box, you might have overlooked them. 
For example, the hinges and 45 RPM adapter for the PS-LX310BT are tucked away in holes in the protective styrofoam (polystyrene) that's enveloping your turntable. They're sealed with tape so be careful to thoroughly check the protective foam for every part before discarding it.
