The screen turns off when I close the cover

To activate the screen, press the power key. If the screen isn't activated when pressing the power key, make sure that you've selected the correct cover type. To keep the screen turned on when you close the cover, you can set it to do so either when you select cover type or by opening the Style Cover app.

To select a cover:

1. Find and tap Settings → Display → Cover selection. You may find the item under Advanced.
2. Tap Style Cover Touch → OK.
3. Tap Open, then tap the switch by Screen off when the cover is closed to turn the feature on or off.
