During a call using the headphones, I cannot hear the voice of the caller or they cannot hear my voice.

When the caller can't hear my voice during a call

When using the headphones during a call, make sure to speak directly into the microphone. If you don't or if the microphone goes behind your shoulders while walking, your voice may be difficult to hear or may not be heard at all by the other party.

1. Microphone

When I can't hear the voice of the caller during a call

Increase the headphone call volume during the call.

Attention:

• The call volume and music playback volume can be adjusted independently.
• Changing the call volume doesn't change the music playback volume and vice versa.
