The noise-cancelling function doesn't switch when I tap the left earbud of my wireless headphones
The voice guidance feature is not activated and the noise canceling function does not switch, even though a tapping sound is heard.

Quickly tap (about 0.3 seconds) the left touch sensor on your headphones to change the noise-cancelling function.
If you touch the sensor too long, the left touch sensor activates Quick Attention Mode to allow the headphones to absorb surrounding sounds.
