The TV screen turns green when changing the Picture mode while viewing photos stored on a USB storage device
I can select settings other than Photo in Picture mode menu. Normally only Photo can be selected when viewing photos stored on a USB storage device.
This occurs when you select a setting other than Photo in the Picture mode menu. Normally, only Photo can be selected when viewing photos stored on a USB storage device. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
If you encounter this issue, press the BACK button on the remote control to display the photo again.
