My TV doesn't connect to a wireless network after turning it on or the network (SSID) list isn't displayed

A software update is available to resolve this issue, please ensure you have the latest update for your TV. If you can't update the software, power reset the TV and then try the update again.
The issue may occur again if the TV is off and it loses internet connection. In this case:
- Turn off the power-saving feature of your router. This feature stops the Wi-Fi signal periodically.
- Avoid manually turning off the router. We recommend keeping the router on.
