The audio lags on the Bluetooth Headphones when I watch videos or play games

Due to the characteristics of wireless technologies, playback in the headset (WF-series) is slower than the playback of sound and music in the transmission device, so when using it to watch videos or play games, the picture and the audio may be slightly out of sync.

Depending on the player or app you use, the sound on the applicable models (upper right-hand-side of this page) may be delayed more than in conventional Bluetooth devices.
