How do I reconnect my Bluetooth device to the TV?

    IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check Applicable Products and Categories for details.

    If you have paired your Bluetooth device before, you can disconnect it without deleting the paired information. This allows you to reconnect your device to the TV without performing the pairing process again.

    Disconnect a Bluetooth device

    1. Open the  Settings screen.   How to access Settings 
    2. The following steps will depend on your TV menu options:
      • Android™ 10: Select Remotes & Accessories → select the Bluetooth device you want to disconnect → Disconnect. 
      • Android 9: Select Remotes & Accessories → Bluetooth settings → Registered devices → select the Bluetooth device you want to disconnect→ Disconnect. 
      • Android 8.0 or earlier: Select Bluetooth settings → Registered devices → select the Bluetooth device you want to disconnect → Disconnect.
