TA-ZH1ES cannot be recognised by Hi-Res Audio Player
Check the following.
- Check whether PC (USB-B) appeared on the display window of TA-ZH1ES.
NOTE: Press INPUT button repeatedly to select PC (USB-B). PC (USB-B) appears in the display window.

[B]: display window - When Sony Headphone Amplifier Driver does not appear as a device name while setting up Hi-Res Audio Player application or TA-ZH1ES cannot be recognized by Hi-Res Audio Player while other devices are recognized.:
- Check whether your Hi-Res Audio Player is Version 1.2.5 or higher.
NOTE: If you have downloaded the application before Octocer 12, 2016, its version may be Version 1.2.4 or lower.
Download the latest version from your local support page.
- Check whether your Hi-Res Audio Player is Version 1.2.5 or higher.
- When the error message, Device not found, appears.:
- Terminate the music playback software other than Hi-Res Audio Player.
NOTE: -
- If the problems still exist even though other software is terminated, there is a possibility that the software is not closed completely. Finish the software via the Task Manager.
- If the measures above do not help, try unplugging and re-plugging the USB cable and restart the computer.
- Terminate the music playback software other than Hi-Res Audio Player.
